Hi, My name is Sue and I'm a workout-aholic! I practice yoga at least three days a week and take crossfit four days a week. But as much as I love to get my fitness on I love food (especially desserts!) even more! Hence I've been feeling like a hapless hamster on the wheel trying to lose those last 10 pounds! I'm tired of putting all that effort in the gym and not seeing any results. Of course I didn't want to do this on my own! Somehow I convinced my two buddies, Lu and Lisa to do the Whole 30 challenge with me. Muahahahha.

So after one last hurrah this coming Sunday we will start the Challenge! It's going to be interesting to our results. I can't wait to start!
